1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of http://www.terradames.com (the "Site"). The Site represents Terra d’âmes, a location in Marrakech, Morocco, which hosts CAVALISPIRIT coaching practice and ANIMAL SPIRIT HOME, an independent non-profit association.
CAVALISPIRIT services are provided by EQUINE SPIRIT SARL.
By accessing this Site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Services & Disclaimer
CAVALISPIRIT offers coaching, personal development, and horse-connection experiences. Services are provided by EQUINE SPIRIT SARL.
ANIMAL SPIRIT HOME is a separate association focused on animal welfare and rescue.
Sessions can be online, at Terra d’âmes, or in other locations.

CAVALISPIRIT services are for personal development, coaching, and spiritual support only.
They do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, or veterinary advice.
I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Participation in sessions with horses involves inherent risks. You participate at your own responsibility.
3. Bookings, Payment & Cancellation
Prices will be provided upon booking via WhatsApp or the Site.
Where retreats are concerned, full payment is required as a large part of the funds go to feeding and maintaining our animals (equines, dogs & cats). It has to be done at the latest 2 months before the date of the retreat.
No cancellation or reimbursement is possible.
For all our other offerings (whether one-on-one sessions or group sessions), full payment is also required 1 month before the date of the session.
CAVALISPIRIT reserves the right to reschedule a session due to weather or horse well-being.
4. Liability & Safety
You acknowledge that working with horses involves risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions.
EQUINE SPIRIT SARL and CAVALISPIRIT cannot be held liable for any injury or damage during a session.
5. Intellectual Property
All content related to CAVALISPIRIT services and the name CAVALISPIRIT are the property of EQUINE SPIRIT SARL.
The name TERRA D’ÂMES and Site content are the property of Terra d’âmes.
6. Privacy
Data collected via the Site or WhatsApp is used only to manage your bookings and communications for CAVALISPIRIT services provided by EQUINE SPIRIT SARL.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Marrakech.
